FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact to the City of Tempe. RECOMMENDATION: Set the Public Hearing date of June 4, 2026. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: City Council authorizes an assessment on downtown Tempe property owners on an annual basis. The Assessment partially funds the Downtown Tempe Authority (DTA) operations for the upcoming year. The attached Notice announces the public hearing at which the proposed assessments will be reviewed and adopted for the Fiscal Year 2026/2027. ATTACHMENTS: 1.
