BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  MOUNTAIN AMERICA CREDIT UNION (PL260024) is a 
proposed bank located in The Groves commercial center. The site contains a building previously 
occupied by a Burger King that will be demolished and redeveloped with a 4,035 square-foot bank with 
drive-through lanes. The request includes the following:
