ACTION:  PUBLIC HEARING ITEM  Introduce and hold the first public hearing to adopt an ordinance 
authorizing the abandonment of portions of the water line easements located on the north side of Weber 
Drive and the west side of McClintock Drive for 1480 North McClintock Drive (OMP Tempe Industrial 
Park). The second and final public hearing is scheduled for June 4, 2026. (Ordinance No. O2026.25)
FISCAL IMPACT:  N/A
RECOMMENDATION:  Adopt Ordinance No. O2026.25.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  The Owner/Applicant of the OMP Tempe Industrial Park (TEMPE 
INDUSTRIAL OWNER, LP), located at 1480 North McClintock Drive, requests the partial abandonment 
of the waterline easements as described and depicted in the legal description and exhibit, to allow for 
the development and construction of a new warehouse facility. This easement was originally granted 
per document 20240261568, recorded and filed in the records of the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.
The Maricopa County Assessor Parcel numbers associated with this development are 132-08-014 and 
132-08-015.
