CITY COUNCIL STRATEGIC PRIORITY AND RELATED PERFORMANCE MEASURE 3.10 Human Services Grants Achieve a success rate of 100% for performance goals of funded agencies. BACKGROUND INFORMATION Timeline February 2 Deadline for agency applications January 21,22 & 23 Three volunteer training courses in-person and virtual, using the online evaluation system, and specialized training for reviewers of financial documents. February 23 Reviewers’ evaluations and questions for agencies due March 9 Preliminary allocation meeting March 24 Allocation meeting – TCC Community Impact Committee and volunteers meet to reconcile recommendations with available resources.
