Meeting held on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 5:45 p.m., in the Harry E. Mitchell
Government Center, Tempe City Hall, City Council Chambers, 31 East Fifth Street,
Tempe, Arizona, and virtually through Microsoft Teams.

BOARD ACTION ITEMS
4A.
Execute a lease agreement renewal between the Downtown Tempe
Authority (DTA) and the Rio Salado Community Facilities District (CFD), a
special taxing district organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. This
agreement provides the DTA with the authority to use certain CFD vehicles
and equipment for the implementation and operation of the Downtown
Safety Program ("Program"), as outlined in the lease agreement.
Chair Woods introduced Item 4A and inquired whether the Board had any comments or
questions; there were none.

ADJOURNMENT
Chair Woods announced that the next scheduled Rio Salado Community Facilities District
Board Meeting is May 14, 2026, and adjourned the meeting at 5:49 p.m.
I, Kara A. DeArrastia, the duly-appointed City Clerk of the City of Tempe, Maricopa County,
Arizona, do hereby certify the above to be the minutes of the Rio Salado Community
Facilities District Board Meeting of November 6, 2025, by the Tempe City Council, Tempe,
