FISCAL IMPACT:  Total payments in April: $69,193,187.00.
RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the April 2026 Report of Payments Made.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  These reports are a compilation of all payments made through 
the City's accounts payable system during April 2026 that will be subject to the City's external auditors.
