Since the publishing of the staff report, staff received an authorization letter from the Arizona 
State Land Department (ASLD) to allow the new property owner, LSH Landholdings, LLC, its 
employees, representatives, agents, and/or consultants permission to file for the entitlements 
required by Maricopa County, which has been attached.
