RESOLUTION NO. R2026.54 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPE, ARIZONA, TO ADOPT A FIVE-YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 2026 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2031. WHEREAS, Section 5.06 of the Tempe City Charter requires the City Manager to prepare and submit to the City Council a five-year Capital Improvements Program, and WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted said five-year Capital Improvements Program to the City Council for its consideration and adoption, and WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered the contents of said Capital Improvements Program and finds it to be in the best interest of the City of Tempe; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPE, ARIZONA, as follows: 1. That the program summary entitled “Fiscal Years 2026/27 Through 2030/31 Capital Improvements Program Summary” attached as Attachment A, is hereby approved and adopted to use in the scheduling and development of capital programs for the ensuing five-year period.
