THE ABOVE REFERENCED AGREEMENT IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: 
 
1. Section 1, Term, the Agreement term is extended from July 1, 2026 through June 
30, 2027. 
 
2. Pursuant to the processing fee and blended rate adjustment provisions in Section 9 
Processing Fee, Shared Revenue, Subsection 9.a., Charge or Rebate, the Price 
Schedule table, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
