The first public hearing was held on June 4, 2026. (Ordinance No. O2026.31) FISCAL IMPACT: N/A RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Ordinance No. O2026.31. BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Owner/Applicant of the Sky Harbor Innovation Park (Opus Development Company, L.L.C.), located at 1920 W University Drive, requests the abandonment of four easements as described and depicted in the legal descriptions and exhibits, to allow for the development and construction of a warehouse project.
