Since publication of the staff report for MCP2022009, a typo has been corrected and the lease 
holder has been added to paragraph 1: 
 
Published staff report paragraph 1 reads as follows: 
 
1. The applicant, Nicole Comach on behalf of Vertical Site Walk LLC, is requesting a Military 
Compatibility Permit (MCP) with a Plan of Development (POD) to allow an existing 
wireless communication facility on 986 sq. ft. of the 2.34-acre site located northeast of 
Luke Air Force Base (LAFB). The wireless communication facility consists of a 110’ 
monopole and a 339 sq. ft. AT&T Shelter. The existing tower was previously approved 
under Special Use Permit Case Z97- 32, but expired October 2022. The applicant is not 
proposing any changes to the existing tower.

1. The applicant Virtual Walk, LLC, Nicole Comach, on behalf of the WCF Owner, SBA 2012 
TC Assets, LLC, is requesting a Military Compatibility Permit (MCP) with a Plan of 
Development (POD) to allow an existing wireless communication facility on 986 sq. ft. of 
the 2.34-acre site located northeast of Luke Air Force Base (LAFB). The wireless
