The property owner’s counsel previously requested continuance of this item. Due to 
overwhelming neighborhood support presented to staff since publishing of the staff 
report, staff agrees to an indefinite continuance of this staff-initiated matter.  
 
The case will not be presented at the 4/6/23 P&Z hearing.  There will be new public notice 
when the matter is rescheduled for consideration of SUP revocation or amendment. The 
property owner’s counsel is preparing an SUP Amendment and is expected to submit a 
Temporary Use Permit for any events to be held in the interim.
