06/29/2021
June 29, 2021: Guillermo Garza made a false code violation complaint; stalking our property by looking over the block fence (see
complaint). June 7, 2022, Guillermo Garza wrote an opposition letter for our Special Use Permit Application for our property and
referenced false accusations of oil spills on the property. Guillermo made a false code enforcement claim (April 2021) that Marco
Malanche was dumping oil on the property. Maricopa County Environmental Services came to the property to inspect the entire
property and found no evidence of oil dumping as claimed by Guillermo Garza, in fact, oil storage was being store properly and
disposed of properly. In addition, Guillermo Garza made a 2nd claim of Marco dumping oil on the property on July 26, 2021 and
Arizona Department of Environmental Quality came out to the property and inspected the entire property for Guillermo Garza's
false accusations, and reported no deficiencies. See report attached.

September 6, 2021: Guillermo Garza made a false code violation complaint; stalking our property by looking over the block fence
and taking photos of our backyard along our perimeter property line wall. (see complaint and attached photo) photos show our
contractor vehicles, two personal vehicles, Danielle Malanche and daughter’s Marisol Seyk Malanche, one part delivery vehicle.

September 16, 2021: Guillermo Garza made a false code violation complaint; stalking our property by looking over the block fence
and taking photos of our backyard along our perimeter property line wall. (see complaint and attached photo) photo shows one

01/13/2022
January 13 and February 1, 2022: Guillermo Garza made a false code violation complaint; stalking our property by looking over the
block fence and taking photos of our backyard along our perimeter property line wall. (see complaint and attached photos of
construction workers working on our back property storage unit/small building. Code enforcement was made aware of the project
after receiving notification of photos. Photos also show two personal vehicles. Attached is email correspondence with code
enforcement supervisor Darren Gerard. March 11, 2022: Guillermo Garza made a false code violation complaint; stalking our
property by looking over the block fence and taking photos of our backyard along our perimeter property line wall. (see complaint
and attached photo) Guillermo made a new code enforcement complaint but used the same photos from the September 6, 2021
complaint. Photos show two personal vehicles, Danielle Malanche and daughter’s Marisol Seyk Malanche, one part delivery
vehicle)
07/19/2022
July 19, 27, 29 and 28 2022: Most recently Guillermo and his wife Juana have been seen walking our 2nd property location, 16366
West Hilton Ave. 85338. Danielle Malanche has been walking her two german shepards along with two other friends for over 3
years, every morning in the neighborhood on Hilton Ave. However, Guillermo and Juana are now stalking our property by walking
along the 165th Ave street, along Hilton Ave. On July 19th when Danielle was walking her two dogs along with two of her friends
and their German shepherds, we came upon Guillermo and his wife walking right up to 165th ave and Hilton Ave, as soon as they
Saw us, the turned around and walked in the opposite direction. This also occurred on July 27th and 29th Lastly, while Marco and |
were making a bank deposit on July 28th, Guillermo and Juana Garza also arrived to the same location within 2 minutes of our
arrival. Marco and Danielle Malanche feel that Guillermo Garza’s predatory behavior and stalking is demonstrating a pattern, that
makes it uncomfortable and makes us feel unsafe in and around our two properties and outside in public areas.
06/25/2022
June 25, 2022: Guillermo Garza was stalking our property by looking over the block fence and taking photos of our backyard along
our perimeter property line wall. Marco saw Guillermo Garza standing their taking photos and took a photo of Guillermo walking
away from the wall once Marco caught him stalking and violating our privacy. Marco was having a conversation with a family friend
by the wail when he noticed Guillermo's head and hand over the Property line taking photos with his cellphone. Marco confronted
Guillermo, stating "now | have you on camera" and Guillermo called the County Sheriff. Deputies arrived and made a report (see
report) All of the false code violation complaints by Guillermo Garza were found unsubstantiated and Marco and Danielle Malanche
received Closure Letters in November 2021 and March 2022. My husband, Marco and I own a smail/local mobile auto repair
business. My disabled mother lives in the main home on 16555 West Lower Buckeye Road. On any given day, we have a cleaning
crew, massage/physical therapist, in-home health care, mobile dog grooming services along with packages delivered from FedEx,
UPS, and Amazon for my mother's remote teaching position and personal online shopping - all servicing the front/main home.
Thus having 2 to 3 cars parked in and around the main home. Marco and | own 4 different vehicles, depending on the day, we drive
one of those four vehicles. Two of the four vehicles we Personally own will always be parked on the property, to either assist my
mother with day-to-day necessities and/or manage other deliveries we receive for our mobile auto repair. Marco and | use a variety
of delivery services from local companies, to postmates, uber eats, instacart, 3rd party supply deliveries, which are managed by
either one of us in the back detached garage area. These types of deliveries are provided access to enter our RV gate, drive to the
back garage, deliver items, and exit our RV gate to not disrupt my mother's services in the main house. Our deliveries are
permitted, approved and allowed through Maricopa County Code Compliance. Having construction work completed on our
property is also permitted, approved and allowed through Maricopa County Code Compliance. What is not acceptable Is
harassment by Guillermo Garza as defined by ARS 13-2921 and ARS 12-1809.
