| am requesting that the Posse assist the Wisconsin Club of Sun City with the presence of one
or two Posse members at the Wisconsin Picnic held March 9, 2023 at the Sun Bowl from
10:00AM to 4:00PM. The Club is very grateful to the Posse for having participated in this event
for the last several years. We provide a ticket to the event for the person(s) and make a
donation to the Posse following the event.

lam in the process of applying for an AZ liquor license so we can serve beer at the picnic. Can

you provide me with an email acknowledging that the Posse will have a presence at the picnic
so | can include it with the application to AZ Department of Liquor Licensing and Control? | will
