1. Provide a detailed justification and explanation 
for extending the period of performance.  
Equipment purchase has been delayed. Interoperable 
Special Event Radio Headsets are outstanding and have 
not been received for a total outstanding amount of 
$10,000. A three month extension to March 31, 2023 will 
provide sufficient time to receive all outstanding items.
