RESOLUTION NO. 12465 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, ARIZONA, 
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE REAL PROPERTY 
LOCATED AT 159 NORTH PHYLLIS AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY 
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT FOR 
THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY. 
 
Whereas, pursuant to the power to sell real property of the City set forth in Section 101 of the Mesa 
City Charter, the City Council has determined it is appropriate for the City to sell the real property 
located at 159 North Phyllis in Mesa, AZ (APN 135-45-050) as legally described in the attached 
Exhibit A (the “Property”) to Bastion Investments, LLC, for the appraised value of $165,000.00. 
 
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA: 
 
Section 1: 
The City Council approves the sale of the Property to Bastion Investments, LLC for 
the sales price of $165,000.00. 
 
Section 2: 
The City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the 
City of Mesa to execute the necessary documents to sell the Property described in the attached 
Exhibit A, including a purchase and sale agreement, and to execute any amendments or 
modifications to such documents related to the sale of the Property.
