SOLYMOSI, AND THEIR SUCCESSORS IN TRUST, TRUSTESS OF THE SOLYMOSI 
FAMILY LIVING TRUST, DATED MARCH 10, 2000, AS AMENDED, GRANTEE, in that certain 
real property situated in the County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, described as follows:

To have and to hold the same together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging to the GRANTEE, 
its successors and assigns forever.
