For the consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other valuable consideration, the CITY OF
MESA, an Arizona municipal corporation, ("Grantor"), hereby quitclaims to the MARICOPA
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona, ("Grantee'') for right-of-way purposes,
without covenant or warranty of any kind whatsoever, all the right, title, interest and claim which
Grantor has in and to the following real property situated in Maricopa County, Arizona:
See Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof
It is the intention of the City of Mesa to hereby dedicate the property for public street purposes, and
to vest title in Maricopa County for the uses contemplated in public street dedication in the same
manner and to the same extent as if dedicating right-of-way by filing a subdivision map or plat and
reserving the property in said map or plat for right-of-way purposes.

Commencing at the West Quatier Corner of said Section 24; THENCE North 89 Degrees 57 Minutes 17
Seconds East along the South line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 24, a distance of 1324. 18 feet;
