B. Purpose and Project Description 
This Citizen Participation Report documents the outreach conducted by Faith Christian School in support of its request to 
operate a private K-12 school at the existing school campus located at 3761 S Power Rd, Mesa, Arizona 85212. 
The approved Citizen Participation Plan stated that FCS would notify nearby property owners, residents, neighborhood 
organizations, homeowners associations, and other interested parties regarding the proposed land use application before 
public hearings are conducted. 
FCS proposes to purchase and occupy the existing school campus and continue school-related use of the property. The 
proposed use is associated with an existing school campus, and required improvements or operational details will be 
addressed through the City review process.

This Citizen Participation Report is submitted by Faith Christian School in support of its requested Council Use Permit for 
the property located at 3761 S Power Rd, Mesa, Arizona 85212. Based on the outreach completed and comments 
received, FCS respectfully requests continued City review and consideration of the application.
