Also present: Juanita Garza, Clerk; Joy Rich, County Manager (remote); Andrea Cummings, Legal Counsel; Kelly Gardiner, Minutes Coordinator. 1. EXECUTIVE SESSION Vote to convene in Executive Session to consider the items on the Executive Agenda dated Wednesday, December 14, 2022, for Board of Supervisors and relevant Special Districts pursuant to the statutory authority listed for each item. Motion to approve by Supervisor Jack Sellers, seconded by Supervisor Thomas Galvin Ayes: Bill Gates, Clint Hickman, Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, Steve Gallardo OPEN SESSION 2. POSSIBLE ACTION TO AUTHORIZE LITIGATION IN ELECTION CONTESTS IF NECESSARY Take action consistent with direction of the Board in executive session on December 14, 2022, regarding Authorizing Litigation in Election Contests if necessary.
