RESOLUTION NO. 12545 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO 
ENTER 
INTO 
AN 
AMENDMENT 
TO 
INTERGOVERNMENTAL 
AGREEMENT WITH THE REGIONAL PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION 
AUTHORITY 
REGARDING 
CITYWIDE 
FIXED 
ROUTE 
BUS, 
PARATRANSIT, AND RIDE CHOICE SERVICES FOR FISCAL YEAR 
2026/2027.  
 
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, as follows: 
 
Section 1: 
The City Council approves the amendment dated July 1, 2026. to the Master Transit 
Services Agreement between the City of Mesa and the Regional Public Transportation Authority 
Contract # 145-75-2026-00 regarding citywide fixed route bus, paratransit, and ride choice 
services (the “Agreement”) and authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the 
Agreement. 
 
Section 2: 
The City Manager, or his designee, may agree to, enter into, and make amendments 
and modifications to the Agreement as necessary to carry out the intent of the Agreement that do 
not materially alter the terms or structure of the Agreement as was presented to the City Council. 
 
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, this 8th day of June, 2026.
