New Title Search Fee •A $650 title search fee, assessed only after all internal search efforts fail, would allow the City to use a title company to identify a property owner with outstanding violations. New Certified Mail Fee •Charge a $15 fee for each certified mail sent when a citation cannot be served in person to recover mailing costs.
