This Non-Exclusive Ingress and Egress Easement ("Easement") is entered into as of the last date 
executed below by and between the following parties and shall become effective upon 
recordation in the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. 
GRANTORS: 
J. Jesus Limon, a widower, Hector A. Limon-Briones, an
unmarried man and Jose De Jesus Limon-Briones, a single
man
GRANTEE: 
FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY, a 
political subdivision of the State of Arizona, its agents, contractors, 
successors, and assigns. 
For and in consideration of the sum of Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Three and 
no/100 Dollars ($4,323.00), and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of 
which are hereby acknowledged, GRANTORS, the owners of the real property situated in 
Maricopa County, Arizona, which property is set forth in instrument number 2015-454375 in the 
official records of Maricopa County (the “Burdened Property”), does hereby grant and convey to 
GRANTEE, a non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress, and access over, under, upon, across, 
through and along that portion of the Burdened Property legally described on Exhibit "A" and 
depicted in Exhibit “B” hereto (the “Easement Area”). 
Use of the Easement Area shall be subject to all federal, state, and local laws or ordinances.
