RESOLUTION NO. 12489
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, 
ARIZONA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR 
DESIGNEE TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT 
WITH THE FORT MCDOWELL YAVAPAI NATION RELATING TO FIRE 
APPARATUS MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES. 
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, as follows: 
Section 1:   
The Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) between the City of Mesa and Fort 
McDowell Yavapai Nation relating to fire apparatus maintenance and repair services, in the form 
presented to the City Council, is approved. 
Section 2: 
The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized and directed to enter into the IGA 
on behalf of the City of Mesa, and any subsequent amendments, modifications, extensions, 
renewals, or supplements thereto, together with all other documents necessary to carry out the 
provisions of such agreement.   
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Arizona, this  20th day of 
April, 2026.
