RESOLUTION NO. 12483 
 
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, 
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, SETTING THE TIME FOR THE 
PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS FOR THE 
MESA TOWN CENTER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 228. 
 
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mesa has completed the annual statement and 
estimates of the expenses for fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, for the Mesa Town Center 
Improvement District, which was initiated by Resolution of Intention No. 5617. The City Council 
has made assessments that are the total sum upon the several lots, each respectively in 
proportion to the benefits to be received by each lot pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. Section 
48-575 (E). 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
MESA, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, AS FOLLOWS: 
  That the Council hear and that the date and time for hearing on the assessments be set 
for the 18th day of May, 2026, at the hour of 5:45 P.M., at the Council Chambers in said City of 
Mesa, and that the notice of proposed hearing be published for five consecutive days on May 
12th, 13th, 14th, 15th, and 16th, 2026, in the Arizona Republic, a daily newspaper of general 
circulation in said City. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Maricopa County, 
Arizona, this 6th day of April, 2026.
