Call meeting to order.
Chair Ayers excused Boardmember Montes and declared a quorum present the meeting was
called to order at 3:30 pm.

Review items on the agenda for January 28, 2026, regular Planning and Zoning Board
Hearing.
Staff Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel presented ZON25-00378. See attached presentation.
The Board had no questions for staff.

Planning Director Update:
The February 11th Planning and Zoning Meeting has been cancelled.

Chair Ayers motioned to adjourn the study session. The motion was seconded by
Boardmember Carpenter.
