SERVICES GOVERNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF 
MESA, 
MARICOPA 
COUNTY, 
ARIZONA, 
APPROVING THE CITY OF MESA PUBLIC HOUSING 
AGENCY ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 
2026/2027 AND AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF 
THE BOARD OR HIS DESIGNEE TO SIGN AND 
SUBMIT THE CITY OF MESA PUBLIC HOUSING 
AGENCY ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 
2026/2027.  
 
 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MESA HOUSING SERVICES 
GOVERNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF MESA, COUNTY OF MARICOPA, ARIZONA, 
AS FOLLOWS: 
 
Section 1:    The City of Mesa Public Housing Agency Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 
2026/2027 is approved. 
 
Section 2: 
The Chairman of the Board or his designee is authorized to sign and 
submit any and all documents to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban 
Development for the City of Mesa Public Housing Agency Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 
2026/2027, including any amendments or revisions; such amendments and revisions will 
not require the further consent of the Mesa Housing Services Governing Board, provided 
all said amendments or revisions are non-substantive or are deemed necessary by the 
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. 
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mesa Housing Services Governing Board of the 
City of Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona this 26th of March 2026.
