Nicole Lynam, District 3. Ms. Lynam is a registered architect and owner of KE Design LLC. She holds an associate’s degree in architectural design from Lansing Community College and a bachelor’s degree in housing and urban development from Arizona State University. Her partial term will expire June 30, 2027.
