RESOLUTION NO. 12463 
 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MESA, 
MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, DECLARING AS A PUBLIC RECORD 
THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENTS FILED WITH THE CITY CLERK AND TITLED 
“ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW AMENDMENTS – REPLACED SECTIONS AND 
CHAPTERS,” 
“ADMINISTRATIVE 
REVIEW 
– 
EXPIRATIONS 
AND 
EXTENSIONS,” AND “ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW – DEVELOPMENT 
STANDARD MODIFICATIONS.”  
 
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
MESA, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS: 
 
Section 1: 
That certain documents titled “Administrative Review Amendments – Replaced 
Sections and Chapters,” “Administrative Review – Expirations and Extensions,” and 
“Administrative Review – Development Standard Modifications,” three copies of which are on 
file with the City Clerk, is hereby declared a public record, and said copies are ordered to remain 
on file and available for public use and inspection at the Office of the City Clerk at 20 E. Main 
Street, Suite 150, Mesa, Arizona.  
 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Mesa, Maricopa County, Arizona, this
