ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES January 6, 2026 The Economic Development Advisory Board of the City of Mesa met in the boardroom at the Mesa Gateway Administration Building, 5835 S. Call meeting to order. Chair Michelle Genereux called the meeting to order at 7:36 a.m. 2. Approval of minutes from the December 2, 2025, Economic Development Advisory Board meeting. It was moved by Vice Chair Kurt Ferstl, seconded by Board member Steven Beck, that the December 2, 2025, Economic Development Advisory Board meeting minutes be approved. Upon tabulation of votes, it showed: AYES – Beck-Ferstl-Genereux-Ruiz-Sanders-Stephensen NAYS – None ABSENT – Gregory-Schreiner Chair Genereux declared the motion carried unanimously. 3. Schedule of meetings. Next meeting scheduled for February 3, 2026, at the Office of Economic Development. Economic Development Advisory Board January 6, 2026 Page 2 4. Adjournment.
