The Mesa Fire and Medical Department and Procurement Services recommend awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder, MES Service Company LLC in an amount not to exceed $225,000 annually, with an annual increase allowance of up to 5% or the adjusted Consumer Price Index. Background / Discussion This contract will be used to replace existing end of life fire suppression nozzles and shutoffs on current apparatus hand line hoses. This contract will also allow the Mesa Fire and Medical Department to replace current nozzles and shutoffs that have been damaged with day-to-day wear and tear and fire suppression activities.
