The Clerk’s Office respectfully requests General Fund 
Operating increases for the following:
o Supplies / Services
o $709,496 – Ongoing funding to support software and licensing 
overages 
o Costs escalation primarily attributable to transition to mature 
data center, enhancements to electronic court record reliability 
& security, and system performance monitoring.  
o Personnel
o $169,168 – Accommodate transfer of personnel expenses from 
special fund accounts to General Fund
o Minimal reallocation of operational costs to account for special 
fund revenues that have been eclipsed by steadily rising 
personnel expenses.
