|. The above-named contract is hereby amended as specified below:

A. Anadditional $350,000 shall be added to cover final costs of the previously extended
contract term. The revised cumulative not to exceed amount will be updated to $3,486,825.

I. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in full force and effect.
