Attached is a photo of one of his customers standing on the wall that divides our properties. It shows how close these rv's and other vehicles are parking to the fence. My privacy and security in my backyard is compromised. I have several photos and videos proving that Ron is not in any way complying with the set backs for this business. My husband and I have tried to work with Ron in addressing our concerns with no luck. We suggested he build a taller block fence by a licensed contractor. He said no, he wouldn't do it. We want to get along with Ron, but he has no regard for our safety and privacy. Please forward this email to your counter part in the town of Gilbert. This morning when Ron spoke to me about his permit, he mentioned that the town of Gilbert could go f**** themselves. That's what kind of neighbor we're dealing with. Greetings Paola Jaramillo, I am reaching out to you today to personally express my support and ask for your approval of the pending special use permit application #Z2022162 for a property located at 25 E. Water Tank Road in Gilbert. As I understand it, the property under consideration would be officially permitted for individual and recreational vehicle short- or long-term storage use. Please know that Mr. Ron Orr provides a valuable service to myself and others in the area that otherwise would not be available within or anywhere near this vicinity. Furthermore, the location as well as it's intended use would seem to have little to no impact or disturbance to the surrounding properties, businesses or residents in the immediate area making it ideal for fulfilling the much-needed storage space requirement that is not otherwise available to myself or the others who would choose to take advantage of the space offered by Mr. Orr. If you would have any further questions or concerns, that would assist in anyway with the speedy approvals of the above-mentioned special use permit, please feel free reply of call me directly as I am at your service.
