We held our board meeting on Dec. 28 and certified that the election was accepted as run in November
2023. Here are the results:

Zeeba Moon 24 149.8
Dan Utley 13 97.5
Howard Bashford 17 105.6
Fred Giezl 5 45.0
Santos Limon 22 134.8
Jeff Foshee 11 82.5

The new board members will be Zeeba Moon, Santos Limon, and John Burk. We will get them bonded this week,
and the next board meeting the new board members will propose their positions on the board. Thank you all that
you have done to assist me these last 4 years. You have always been helpful, willing, and kind to work with.
