AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE
LINDA CHRISTINE KAWA
SEPARATE PROPERTY REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2016

KYLE JEFFERY OGILVIE as appointed Successor Trustee of the LINDA
CHRISTINE KAWA SEPARATE PROPERTY REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2016, dated
October 26, 2016 (the “Trust”), first amended on 03/09/2019, and second amended on
06/23/2020, states as follows:

1. I have read and reviewed the Trust. Pursuant to the resignation of LINDA
CHRISTINE KAWA on June 23, 2000, I have been appointed to serve as Successor
Trustee under the terms of the Trust.

2. I understand the terms and provisions of the Trust.

3. By my execution of this “NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND
ACCEPTANCE OF KYLE JEFFERY OGILVIE as Successor Trustee of the LINDA
CHRISTINE KAWA SEPARATE PROPERTY REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2016,” I
hereby acknowledge and accept the duties, obligations and responsibilities as Successor
Trustee of the Trust effective as of the date stated below.

4. By this Notice and Acceptance, I hereby formally affirm that I shall
faithfully fulfill each and every day the obligation and responsibility imposed upon me as
Successor Trustee of the LINDA CHRISTINE KAWA SEPARATE PROPERTY
REVOCABLE TRUST OF 2016.

5. This instrument shall constitute Notice that I have been appointed Successor
Trustee of the LINDA CHRISTINE KAWA SEPARATE PROPERTY REVOCABLE
TRUST OF 2016, and that pursuant to the Section 12.9 of the Trust Appendix, I am
entitled to succeed to all powers of the Trustee, to take and shall so take title to each asset
of the LINDA CHRISTINE KAWA SEPARATE PROPERTY REVOCABLE TRUST
OF 2016 in my name with KYLE JEFFERY OGILVIE as Successor Trustee of the
LINDA CHRISTINE KAWA SEPARATE PROPERTY REVOCABLE TRUST OF
2016.

6. This instrument shall further constitute notice that the undersigned, KYLE
JEFFERY OGILVIE, has accepted said appointment as Successor Trustee of the LINDA
