parking.
Do not put a parking garage across from the Old Adobe Mission. This area is all part of ‘Old 
Town’ and should not be ruined by a parking garage.

Do not move the Farmer’s Market. It is such a huge part of my community here in Scottsdale and 
something I look forward to every Saturday. It’s where I can buy locally grown produce and homemade 
crafts and products, along with many otherthings. Do not take the Farmer’s Market awayfrom 
Scottsdale citizens.

Leave Farmers Market alone!

It would be shameful to build a parking garage where Farmers Market is held. It takes away from the curb 
appeal of local businesses like the Mission. There’s already a parking garage across the street.
People should be encouraged to walk, bike or take public transit instead.

Parking Garage in old town vs farmers market.

Hello council
I cannot attend the conference.
Would love to ask if you have talked to Honor Health, about sharing their parking space, 
immediately south of the farmers market.
I would think that building a three floor parking lot above their lot in the airspace, would benefit 
them from shading their spaces in the summer, while giving Scottsdale old town in the parking 
spaces they want would nearly the same access to old town.
1 think building a parking structure in the location of the farmers market disrupts a useful open 
space. For something that won’t be used as much as we think.

Please do not compromise this historic block - the Mission, the merchants. Certainly there must be another place to 
build a garage. Old Town is such a wonderful historic place.
