Express Oil is under contract to purchase a single parcel located in the Elliot Crossing Shopping Center 
located just North of the intersection ofW Elliot Rd. and S. San Gabriel Dr E. 
Our company is proposing a greenfield construction of our latest Express Oil prototype. Our Express Oil prototype 
is constructed with a roughly 10' deep pit on one side of the building to facilitate the 3 express oil change bays and 
service that we are famous for. In addition, we will provide 5-6 additional bays that will provide minor auto repair 
services. The Express brand specializes in the following:

l 0-Minute Express Oil Changes
•
Tires
•
Brake Pads
•
Rotors
•
Minor Auto Services
•
Alignments
•
Other ancillary auto services specialties.
Our company strives to have customers in and out of the facility within a 2-hour window for minor services and 
10 minutes or less for the drive-thru oil change services. Vehicles are not typically kept overnight for repairs 
because of only offering minor automotive work. The average car count per day for an Express Oil location is 25 
cars. If a vehicle needs to be kept overnight, Express Oil always stores vehicles inside the bays, locked and 
secured. 
Express Oil is based in Birmingham, AL but is a national brand with an over 380 store footprint that provides an 
upscale experience for the customer. Hours of operation are M-Sat 8-6, closed on Sunday. We look forward to 
presenting to your community and bringing an Express Oil to Goodyear.
