o Appreciation for County’s compensation support

o Requesting $180,000 dedicated to new positions in support of 
the following:
o Courtroom Services Supervisors: Reduction in average number 
of direct reports required to provide effective support. 
Supervisor capacity challenged by increased ratio of new clerks 
and growing volume in mental health case type.
o Requesting $430,000 to accommodate transfer of positions 
from special funded accounts to General Fund
o Minimal reallocation of positions to account for special fund 
revenues that have been eclipsed by steadily rising personnel 
expenses.

Southeast Regional Court Center Reconfiguration

The Clerk’s Office is sincerely grateful for approval of last year’s 
capital improvement request.  Construction costs are pending and 
we currently have no additional capital project funding requests.
