RESOLUTION NO. 5725 
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER, 
ARIZONA, 
ENDORSING 
THE 
CREATION 
OF 
THE 
TREMAINE 
PARK IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY DISTRICT. 
WHEREAS, certain landowners within the Tremaine Park Neighborhood, which is located within 
the City of Chandler and generally bounded by the Town of Gilbert on the north, Western Canal 
on the south, Country Club Drive on the west, and North Hamilton Place on the east, desire to 
create an irrigation water delivery district as depicted in a map and legal description accompanying 
their application and to be known as the “Tremaine Park Irrigation Water Delivery District”; and 
WHEREAS, A.R.S. §§ 48-261(E) and 48-263(A)(1) provide that if a proposed irrigation water 
delivery district would include property located within an incorporated city or town, then the 
board of supervisors of the county in which the proposed district is to be located shall approve 
the creation and authorize circulation of petitions for the formation of the district only if the 
governing body of the city or town has by ordinance or resolution endorsed such creation; and 
WHEREAS, the Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District and Salt River 
Valley Water Users’ Association, collectively referred to as “SRP,” have consented to the proposed 
irrigation water delivery district; and 
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Chandler has weighed and considered the merits and 
potential impacts of the creation of the proposed irrigation water delivery district.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, 
as follows: 
Section 1. 
Endorsing the creation of the Tremaine Park Irrigation Water Delivery District. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this ____ day of
