RESOLUTION NO. 5436

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER,
ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY
AND CITY OF CHANDLER REGARDING THE REACT INTEGRATED
CORRIDOR MANAGMENT PILOT.

WHEREAS, the County of Maricopa is authorized to enter into an Agreement with the City of
Chandler, and

WHEREAS, the City of Chandler wishes to enter into the REACT integrated corridor
management pilot agreement with Maricopa County.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Chandler,
Arizona, as follows:

Section 1. Approves the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Chandler and
Maricopa County in the form attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated
herein by reference.

Section 2. Authorizes the Mayor of the City of Chandler to execute the Agreement on behalf
of the City of Chandler.
