Attachment S f © CHANDLER ae arizona Community of Innovation Memorandum for Record Date: March 15, 2021 Re: — Annual PHA Plan The City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment Division did not receive any written comments to the 2021 Annual Plan during the 45-day comment period beginning Jan. 24, 2021 through March 8, 2021. Written comments were requested at all meetings where there was a review of the Annual Plan documents, including at Resident Advisory Board (RAB) meetings. Two RAB meetings were held on Dec. 17, 2020, one in English and one in Spanish. Another two meetings were held on Feb. 25, 2021, one in English and one in Spanish. At ail meetings, plan and policy materials were discussed. There were no written comments submitted for consideration, Policies and plan documents were made available on the website at chandler.gov/affordablehousing and in the Housing Office located at 235 S.
