Attachment S 6 © CHANDLER WMS 201 Zona Community of innovation Memorandum for Record Date: March 15, 2021 Re: Certification of Public Hearing for 2021 Annual Plan and Capital Fund The City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment Division conducted a public hearing for the 2021 Annual Plan and Capital Fund on Feb. 10, 2021 in compliance with 24 CFR Part 605. The 45-day comment period began on Jan. 24, 2021 through March 8, 2021 and no comments were received. If comments had been received they would have been noted as part of the Annual Plan process. Written comments were requested at all resident meetings held on Dec. 17, 2020 and Feb. 25, 2021, where plan and policy materials were discussed. Policy and plan documents were made available on the website at www.chandleraz.gov/affordablehousing and in the Housing Office located at 235 S. Arizona Ave., Chandler, AZ 85225.
