RESOLUTION NO. 5479

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHANDLER,
ARIZONA, APPROVING THE CITY COUNCIL STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK
FOR 2021-2023.

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a City Council Strategic Framework in 2019 that outlined
its vision, brand statement, strategic policy goals and focus areas to guide policy decisions and
investments in the community; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a retreat on March 4-5, 2021, which included discussions that
identified desired updates to the previously adopted City Council Strategic Framework; and

WHEREAS, the City Council held a mini-retreat on April 21, 2021, during which it reviewed the
updates that were made to the City Council Strategic Framework for 2021-2023.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona,
as follows:

Section 1. Approves and adopts the City Council Strategic Framework for 2021-23.

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Chandler, Arizona, this 13th day
of May, 2021.
