Personnel Matters--A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(1) – Interviews, discussion, and consideration of candidates 
for Presiding Magistrate appointment. Candidates for consideration include Patrick Gann, Michelle 
Lue Sang, and Alicia Skupin. 
 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Vice Mayor Stewart moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special Meeting; 
Seconded by Councilmember Lopez.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
