Contracts—A.R.S. §§ 38-431.03(A)(3) and (A)(4) - Discussion or consultation with the City Attorney
for legal advice and in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public
body's position regarding contracts that are the subject of negotiations relating to utility extension
and relocations with Salt River Project.
Action Agenda Motion and Vote
Councilmember Lopez moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special
Meeting; Seconded by Vice Mayor Stewart.
