terms and conditions for Alicia Skupin for the position of Presiding City Magistrate. 
 
Action Agenda Motion and Vote 
Councilmember Lopez moved to hold an Executive Session Meeting immediately following the Special 
Meeting; Seconded by Councilmember Harris.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
