USE NARRATIVE 
 
 
d’Vine Gourmet will be opening is second location at 72 S. San Marcos, Chandler, AZ 85225, we hope to 
open summer of 2021. 
We will continue our current business model at this location as a retail store selling locally made 
gourmet food items (such as candy, jam, snacks, salsa, etc.), wine and beer (off-premise), gifts and gift 
baskets. Our store will also house our candy kitchenette and a packaging/shipping department in the 
back of the house. The use of space/land will continue as it currently is. 
The building is 5320 sq ft and a floor plan of use was submitted with application. Our wine/beer sales 
will be consumed off-property and sold closed and in gift baskets. 
Customers will use city providing parking in front/back of building and other public spaces; dVG hopes to 
request an additional short term/pick up parking spaces out front to assist customers with bulky/heavy 
purchases. Employees will park in the garage. 
We intend to be open 10a-7p, seven days a week on average, with possible increase during the holiday 
season and decrease during summer. We will have 3-12 employees depending on season. 
I believe we are on track with zoning requirements as this is simply a move of series 7 license to a 
building that currently had a series 10.
