Move to approve the Public Housing Authority Commission meeting minutes of the Regular 
Meeting of May 172021, and the Work Session of July 12, 2021.

Resolution No. HO162, Authorizing the Approval of the Write-Off of $12,638.20 in Public 
Housing Tenant Accounts Receivable as Uncollectible

Move the Public Housing Authority Commission (PHAC) pass and adopt Resolution No. HO162, 
authorizing the write-off of $12,638.20 in Public Housing Tenant Accounts Receivable as 
uncollectible. 
COMMISSIONER ORLANDO said there are often questions about this item and said this is something 
that happens each year and is routine business for the program.

Agreement No. HO0-918-4191, Amendment No. 1, with SWCA Inc., dba, SWCA  
Environmental Consultants, for Public Housing Environmental Review Consulting Services Move 
Public Housing Authority Commission (PHAC) approve Agreement No. HO0-918-4191, 
Amendment No. 1, with SWCA Inc., dba, SWCA Environmental Consultants, for public housing 
environmental review consulting services, in an amount not to exceed $60,000, for a one-year 
term, July 6, 2021, through July 5, 2022. 
 
Consent Agenda Motion and Vote 
Commissioner Lopez moved to approve the Consent Agenda of the August 9, 2021, Regular Public 
Housing Authority Commission Meeting; Seconded by Commissioner Roe.  
 
Motion carried unanimously (7-0).
