Consent Agenda and Discussion 1. August 2021, Public Housing Authority Commission Minutes Move to approve the Public Housing Authority Commission meeting minutes of the Regular Meeting of August 9, 2021. 2. Resolution No. HO163 approval of increased Payment Standards for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8 Program) Page 2 of 2 Move the Public Housing Authority Commission pass and adopt Resolution No. HO163 revising and increasing the Payment Standards for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8 Program). COMMISSIONER ORLANDO said it was good that they are increasing the rent stipend amount so it stays competitive in the rental market. 3. Resolution No. HO164 Authorizing Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) Temporary Policy Supplement (Chapter 18) Move the Public Housing Authority Commission pass and adopt Resolution No. HO164 approving and authorizing the City Manager or his designee to submit the City of Chandler Housing and Redevelopment Five-Year and 2021 Annual Plan Significant Amendment for the Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) Temporary Policy Supplement (Chapter 18) to Administrative Plan EHV policies and certifying to compliance with the related regulations. 4. Agreement No. HO2-910-4366, with Boyjin Development, LLC, for Public Housing Asphalt Shingle Replacement Services Move that Public Housing Authority Commission (PHAC) approve Agreement No. HO2-910- 4366, with Boyjin Development, LLC, for public housing asphalt shingle replacement services, in an amount not to exceed $130,249.70. Consent Agenda Motion and Vote Commissioner Lopez moved to approve the Consent Agenda of the September 20, 2021, Regular Public Housing Authority Commission Meeting; seconded by Commissioner Ellis.
